The Association

CELQ Certified European Laminate Quality is the name of the European label of quality for laminate flooring. At the beginning of 2005, it replaced the RAL quality mark which had been valid in the German market. Leading companies in the European laminate flooring industry attended the association’s inaugural meeting which was held on November 16th, 2004 in Düsseldorf, Germany. This association, which awards the CELQ label, is also called CELQ, and it has been registered in Bielefeld, Germany. CELQ membership is restricted to laminate flooring producers which are also members of EPLF European Producers of Laminate Flooring.
